Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund of the advance payment.

• Cancellation > 24 hours: 100% refund of advance payment.
• Cancellation 12-24 hours: 50% refund of advance payment.
• Cancellation < 12 hours: No refund of advance payment.

2. Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.

3. Service Interruption

In the rare event that BRG Tour India is unable to provide the service due to vehicle breakdown or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or a replacement vehicle will be offered to the customer.
